Cancellation Policy
11. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment? Please notify the groomer as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 48-hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the grooming cost will apply. This allows the groomer to adjust their schedule and accommodate other clients. Be sure to ask about the cancellation policy when you book.
